We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn garments with all original labels and hygiene stickers intact inside the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
